Bell-Brown Medical Institute will approve transfer credits from other institutions for this program in Comprehensive Medical Assisting Program pending approval from the Academic Dean.
Students that have successfully completed a Medical Terminology class within the past five years may provide an official high school or college transcript from a state-approved institution. Upon approval, 48 contact hours will be awarded to the student towards this program.
Prior to beginning classes at Bell-Brown Medical Institute, all new students are encouraged to attend an orientation program. During orientation, students are oriented with the campus, staff, faculty, and peers. Program information, and school policies will be presented.
During the orientation meeting, tuition payment plans will be set up for student’s wishing to pay on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. If a student is unable to attend orientation, an appointment may be made with the Financial Aid Officer to complete the enrollment agreement, set up a payment plan (if needed), and review the school’s policies and procedures
